Exceptionally professional and an honest tradesman Knowing and locating a tradesman who possess the following traits of polite service, punctuality, returning of communications, pride in their own work and openly seeking to be cost effective for the client is so bloody hard in this day & age. An emergency water leak occurred within our house. I made a call early on a Saturday to Eco Earth Plumbing. I chose this company purely from reviews online. That in itself is not without pitfalls as so many options result in poor workmanship with a high cost. I spoke to Aaron, explained the situation and without any hesitation, he offered to come up and try and rectify the issue. He arrived onsite on time and the issue turned out to be far greater than anticipated. He had every opportunity to feed us some untruths about needing to come back on Monday. To his great credit, he remained onsite until nightfall to ensure we had water and the problem was fixed. I cannot speak highly enough of his honesty and professionalism as a tradesman. And I just wish there were more individuals like him out there. We had a plumber organised for a Saturday morning bathroom renovation, when he turned up he said he was just there to take a look despite us being clear the work needed to be done that day. Through some luck we managed to get hold of Aaron from Eco Earth around 10.30am that Saturday, he turned up within half an hour, worked out what he needed and got on with it. He was polite, extremely professional and organised, especially given the extremely short notice. He got the job done for us as quickly as was possible. Since then we’ve used him for the final fit out of the first bathroom and started a second last weekend. After seeing his workmanship and finish quality, I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Friendly and honest service, efficient and affordable. We will be using these guy’s again for sure.
Aaron responded very quickly and was at the house within 1.5 hours. He also updated me when he was delayed by the Peregian fires. He replaced the faulty tap at a very reasonable price. His quote was almost $350 less than another plumber, plus we got a 15 years guarantee. A very pleasant man, a good job done. I would definitely recommend Eco Earth Plumbing.
Aaron really saved our bacon – we rang Aaron to do some urgent work on a renovation, that another plumber had backed out of at the last minute. Failing to get the work done would have delayed lots of other tradesman and put the project back weeks. Aaron dropped everything and turned up in 30 minutes on a Saturday morning, He quickly assessed the work needed and got to it. He is very professional, easy going and great to deal with. Very transparent about costs of material and labour. His workmanship is of high standard and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.
