What Does A Water Compliance Certificate Cover?

The following conditions are key to attaining a Water Efficiency Certificate, QLD:

• Your rental premises must be individually metered or bulk water be delivered by a vehicle
• A maximum of 9 litres of water per minute should be delivered by all your internal cold water taps (with those feeding your bath being an exception)
• Your shower heads should have a flow rate of no more than 9 litres per minute
• Your toilets must be dual flush, with the max flush volume of the full flush being 6.5 litres, half flush being 3.5 litres, and a max average flush volume being 4 litres (Average calculated using 1 full flush and 4 half flushes)
